For clients
Free from start to finish. You describe the job, set a budget or a fixed price, and wait for replies. Every provider has a profile with reviews, spoken languages and past work. When the job is done, you close it by leaving a review. The review is mandatory: it is what keeps profiles honest.
For providers
You reply to the jobs you like with your price. Each reply uses one credit. The first 3 are free when you sign up, with more for completing your profile and referring colleagues. If the client cancels without picking anyone, you get the credit back. You work as an independent and set your own prices.
No commission on your deals. You settle the price directly with the provider.
What Helfa is not. Helfa is neither an agency nor an employer. We do not perform the work, we do not invoice it and we cannot guarantee its quality. The contract is between the client and the provider; we bring the two together with profiles, reviews and messaging so that it goes well.

How much does posting a job cost?
Nothing. Posting a job and receiving replies is free for clients. Only providers buy reply packs.
How is the price set?
Either you state a fixed price, or you let providers propose one. The amount is settled directly between you, Helfa takes no commission.
Are providers verified?
Every provider can confirm their email and phone and request identity verification. The “Verified” badge means we checked an ID document. Reviews only come from jobs that actually took place.
Who is responsible for the work?
The provider. Helfa is a technical intermediary: the contract is between you and them, with a job agreement signed on the platform that records the agreed terms.
