Credit packs
Each reply to a job costs one credit. Clients pay nothing: that’s what brings the jobs in. Prices in CHF. Credits don’t expire as long as your account exists.
Launch phase: payments are real and secured by Stripe. During this period any purchase is refundable on simple request to the address given in the legal notice.
Free credits
- 3 on sign-up as a provider, to try without spending anything.
- 2 for a complete profile: phone, town, canton and an introduction of at least 80 characters.
- 3 per referral, for you and the person you referred, on their first purchase.
- +1 reply per well-rated job: every job closed with 4 stars or more gives you a reply back.
- Automatic refund if the client cancels the job without choosing anyone or if it expires without a decision after 30 days.
Credits are not refundable in cash. You can cancel a pack within 14 days if it has not been used (details in the terms of use).
