How much does posting a job cost?
Nothing. Posting a job and receiving replies is free for clients. Only providers buy reply packs.
How is the price set?
Either you state a fixed price, or you let providers propose one. The amount is settled directly between you, Helfa takes no commission.
Are providers verified?
Every provider can confirm their email and phone and request identity verification. The “Verified” badge means we checked an ID document. Reviews only come from jobs that actually took place.
Who is responsible for the work?
The provider. Helfa is a technical intermediary: the contract is between you and them, with a job agreement signed on the platform that records the agreed terms.
